Join Santa Monica Spoke and City of Santa Monica for the Kidical Mass Halloween Ride. 
We will take a family friendly ride around the neighborhood North of Wilshire on a regular kid friendly event. Prizes and giveaways when we return!

Schedule.
9::00am – 12:00pm
Don’t miss the fun pre-ride activities!
– Check-in, Morning Snacks, Bike Safety Checks, Helmet Decorating and games!
– FAMILY Ride
– Prizes, plus post ride activities and snacks

 

* Children must be accompanied and are the responsibility of their parents. Bikes should be in good working condition. Free Safety Checks on site for minor adjustments/repairs. Please use good judgement – ride is on city streets – smaller children should be in a child seat, in a trailer or Tag-a-long……

Reserve early and plan to pick up bikes Saturday morning in time to arrive at the event.

CicLAvia along with the LA Phil and Community Arts Resources (CARS), has been working hard to make this next CicLAvia a massive 8-mile event to kickoff the LA Phil’s centennial celebration, extra special.

October 7th — 10:00am – 4:00pm

COAST explores art, sustainability, and mobility with more than two miles of city streets closed to cars and open for people to stroll, bike and roll! Experience the community’s public spaces in a new, reimagined way with live music, art installations and engaging activities for all.

Visit Santa Monica Spoke and the Santa Monica Safe Street Alliance on route in front of the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium.

  • Free Bike and Small Wheels Skills, Safety & Obstacle course for the kids (11am-3pm)
    – bikes/helmets provided by Santa Monica Safe Routes to School
  • BEST Class” Bicycling 101 (1pm – 2pm) register HERE for Free
    – no bike needed for this workshop
    – gifts for all attendees – (please register)
  • Lots of great information all day at COAST
    – free and low cost helmets while they last.
