Expo Line Extension to Santa Monica Notice – Start of Pre-Revenue Service – Monday, March 21, 2016
Starting Monday, March 21, 2016, Metro will be conducting Pre-Revenue Service on the Expo Line Extension to Santa Monica. (No passengers will be on the trains from Culver City to Santa Monica.) Train frequency will be every 12-20 minutes. These activities are necessary as they lead up to full train service starting May 20th 2016.
Daily, 4AM to 2AM; Fridays and Saturdays until 3AM.
It is necessary to obey ALL traffic signs and signals at ALL times.
Safety Tips
- Please obey all warning signs and traffic signals when crossing the tracks.
- Always look both ways before crossing any street.
- Â Never walk on railroad tracks.
- Â Watch for trains from both directions.
- Use the crosswalks. Do not jaywalk across the tracks.
